Browsing or accessing the website www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com and availing the services of personalised matchmaking implies your agreement to be bound by all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS mentioned below. If you do not agree with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you must not use the website, the services provided by www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com and personalised matchmaking services by Amulet Entertainment “ doing business as “ Hold My Hand Matrimony . In this document DBA stands for “doing business as”. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (intermediaries Guidelines) Rules 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for access or usage of website www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com. TERMS AND CONDITIONS published here are also for the personalised matchmaking services provided by Amulet Entertainment DBA Hold My Hand Matrimony.

This is to inform all that Amulet Entertainment DBA Hold My Hand Matrimony (“HMHM”) is a proprietorship firm registered with Government Of India. HMHM member shall mean the end user accessing the website or using the services provided by HMHM. HMHM member also includes persons such as father, mother, brother, sister, relative, or a friend (person creating/sharing the profile) of the prospective bride/ bridegroom. The terms “You” and “User” shall be interchangeably used for HMHM member.

1.       Acceptance / Acknowledgement of Terms of Use Agreement

Hold My Hand Matrimony(HMHM) is intermediary as defined under clause (1) sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use this website, to become a member by creating the profile online or by sharing your profile through email, mail, Whatsapp etc . For purposes of this agreement the term HMHM member means a person who voluntarily submits information to the website or through email, mail , WhatsApp etc. whether such person uses the service as a free member or a paid HMHM member. In order to use the www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com website you must register as a member of the website. In order to use the personalised matchmaking services you must share the biodata and pictures for the prospective bride/bridegroom. The HMHM member or any users using the website or personalised matchmaking services agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote your profile to other HMHM members and make use of the www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com service or if you wish to share your profile to other HMHM member through personalised matchmaking service accept these Terms and Conditions and follow the instructions in the Registration process. The website shall assist you in promoting and creating your profile visible to other Members seeking a life-partner . HMHM through personalised matchmaking services will share your profile/biodata with other HMHM members and you will receive the profile/ biodata of other HMHM members. You will receive the profile/biodata of other HMHM members as per the availability of suitable profiles. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the website or personalised matchmaking services and membership. This Agreement may be modified by www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com and Amulet Entertainment DBA Hold My Hand Matrimony from time to time. By using the service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the service. Please do not register as HMHM member or do not share your profile/biodata if you do not agree to TERMS AND CONDITIONS mentioned below.

1.       Eligibility

i)                     To avail personalised matchmaking services by HMHM, register as a member of www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com or use this website, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).

ii)                       If you are a resident of any other Country, you are legally competent to marry as per the local rules applicable to your country and you shall comply with the Indian laws for marrying a person of Indian Origin

iii)                   In case you register the profile of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and has created profile in HMHM website on behalf of them or is accessing the HMHM website on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in HMHM and for accessing the HMHM website on their behalf. In case you share the profile of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and is accessing the profiles shared by HMHM through personalised matchmaking services on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in HMHM and for accessing the profiles/biodata of other HMHM members on their behalf.

iv)                   The www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com website and personalised matchmaking services by HMHM are only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

v)                     By using the personalised matchmaking services and website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.

vi)                   You agree to provide correct information while creating/sharing the profile. The HMHM member id will be blocked and deleted from our records and the membership fee will not be returned If we find the information provided by you is incorrect.

vii)                 You agree to use www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com website and the personalised matchmaking services for the purpose of matrimony and will not use it as a dating website or for dating.

viii)               Companies, Marriage bureau, Organisations and any other individuals having similar business cannot register as HMHM members and cannot use the data of other HMHM members for commercial use (Data includes photos, contact details.

ix)                 You agree that any information provided/shared by you verbally with our relationship managers or any of our team members will be included in your profile or mentioned in our records.

x) You agree that all of the voice calls between you and our team members will be recorded.

xi) You agree and accept that the personalised matchmaking services HMHM will provide suited profiles as per the availability of the profiles with HMHM. The validity of membership is not dependant on any number of days. The membership will be valid till the indicated number of profiles are shared based on the membership selected by you.

xii) Our team provides support through voice calls, email, messages on WhatsApp etc. Our team members can contact/ respond to you whenever they are available. You may notify team members of HMHM about your apprehensions or availability to talk/respond to you.

2.     Refund and Cancellation Policy

i)                     The membership fee is Non-Refundable. Commitment to Service: Our team is dedicated to providing personalized matchmaking services. Since significant effort and resources are invested in the matchmaking process, fees are non-refundable.

ii)                    Service Period: The services will remain active and accessible to you within the agreed service period or until the deliverables are fulfilled, subject to the terms and conditions.

iii)                    Profile Availability: The success of matchmaking depends on the availability of suitable profiles matching your preferences. While we strive to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines.

iv)                   Customization Efforts: Our services include the development and customization of your profile, professional consultations, and searches tailored to your preferences. As these involve dedicated efforts, the fees cannot be refunded.

v)                   No Outcome Guarantee: Matchmaking is a subjective process. While we endeavor to find the best matches, we cannot guarantee a successful match or marriage outcome, and refunds are not applicable in such cases.

vi)                  The membership will be terminated immediately in the event of misconduct or the use of inappropriate language towards our team members or the candidates you are connected with as a part of the matchmaking process. Additionally, the membership will be canceled and rendered void if we discover that any information provided by you is false.  Please note that under these circumstances, the membership fee will be strictly non-refundable.

3.       Account and profile Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HMHM login credentials such as login details during the registration process You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You will be responsible for all activities performed under your account.

1.       Role and Responsibility of www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com (HMHM)

i)                     HMHM will allow you to create your profile to search for Bride/Bridegroom.

ii)                     HMHM shall solve your queries related to registration, information about membership plans, termination of membership plans you may contact through the information mentioned in section “contact us” of the website.

iii)                   HMHM doesn’t guarantee the success of finding a Bride/Bridegroom through its website www.holdmyhandmatrimony.com or through personalised matchmaking services.

iv)                   HMHM shall not be responsible if you are cheated by any HMHM member.

v)                     HMHM shall not be responsible for any monetary transactions between you and other HMHM member.

vi)                   HMHM cannot guarantee the complete protection of data provided by the user while it is in transit or prevent any tampering of the data by a third party with malicious intention.

vii)                 HMHM hereby alerts and warns its members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of content by any person including members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. HMHM will not in any way be responsible for such content, information or representations. HMHM is also not responsible for alterations, modifications, deletion, reproduction, sale, transmission or any such misuse of data and content in the public domain by any user.

viii)               HMHM alerts you to choose the location to meet other members of HMHM for matrimony wisely (Public places, in the presence of parents and family members). HMHM shall not be responsible for the money spent by you to meet other members of HMHM.

Ix)             HMHM alerts and warns its members to check the authenticity of the information provided by the other members of HMHM. HMHM shall not be responsible for the misleading or bogus information provided by members of HMHM.
