This is to inform all that Hold My Hand (“HMH”) is a subsidiary company of Amulet Entertainment. HMH member shall mean the end user accessing the website and the services provided by HMH. HMH member also includes persons such as father, mother, brother, sister, relative, or a friend (person creating the profile) of the prospective bride/ bridegroom. The terms “You” and “User” shall be interchangeably used for HMH member.

1.     Acceptance / Acknowledgement of Terms of Use Agreement

Hold My Hand (HMH) is intermediary as defined under clause (1) sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use this website and to become a member. For purposes of this agreement the term HMH member means a person who voluntarily submits information to the website whether such person uses the service as a free member or a paid HMH member. In order to use the www.holdmyhands.in website you must register as a member of the website). The HMH member or any users using the website agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote your profile to other HMH members and make use of the www.holdmyhands.in  service, accept these Terms and Conditions and follow the instructions in the Registration process. The website shall assist you in promoting and creating your profile visible to other Members seeking a life-partner . This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the website and membership. This Agreement may be modified by www.holdmyhands.in from time to time. By using the service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the service. Please do not register as HMH member if you do not agree to TERMS AND CONDITIONS mentioned in this document.

2.     Eligibility

i)             To register as a member of www.holdmyhands.in or use this website, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).

ii)              If you are a resident of any other Country, you are legally competent to marry as per the local rules applicable to your country and you shall comply with the Indian laws for marrying a person of Indian Origin

iii)           In case you register the profile of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and has created profile in HMH website on behalf of them or is accessing the HMH website on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in HMH and for accessing the HMH website on their behalf.

iv)            The www.holdmyhands.in website is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

v)             By using this website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.

vi)           You agree to provide correct information while creating the profile. The HMH member id will be blocked and deleted from our records and the membership fee will not be returned If we find the information provided by you is incorrect.

vii)           You agree to use www.holdmyhands.in website for the purpose of matrimony and will not use it as a dating website.

viii)         Companies, Marriage bureau, Organisations and any other individuals having similar business cannot register as HMH members and cannot use the data of other HMH members for commercial use (Data includes photos, contact details

3.     Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HMH login credentials such as login details during the registration process You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You will be responsible for all activities performed under your account.

1.     Role and Responsibility of www.holdmyhands.in (HMH)

i)             HMH will allow you to create your profile to search for Bride/Bridegroom.

ii)             HMH shall solve your queries related to registration, information about membership plans, termination of membership plans you may contact through the information mentioned in section “contact us” of the website.

iii)           HMH doesn’t guarantee the success of finding a Bride/Bridegroom through its website www.holdmyhands.in

iv)           HMH shall not be responsible if you are cheated by any HMH member.

v)             HMH shall not be responsible for any monetary transactions between you and other HMH member.

vi)           HMH cannot guarantee the complete protection of data provided by the user while it is in transit or prevent any tampering of the data by a third party with malicious intention.

vii)           HMH hereby alerts and warns its members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of content by any person including members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. HMH will not in any way be responsible for such content, information or representations. HMH is also not responsible for alterations, modifications, deletion, reproduction, sale, transmission or any such misuse of data and content in the public domain by any user.
